French Onion Soup

There is one soup that exists that to me is the BEST way to pair cheese and soup together. French onion soup is on of the easiest recipe ever and can be one of the heartiest and delicious things you'll ever make. I like the recipe here, it has a lot of flavor and the smell of the onion and the gruyere cheese drives me and the mice WILD whenever I make it.

Cheese-a-holics! I want to write today about a real favorite of mine - Feta. Its the star of a wonderful light meal - the Greek Salad. The Quesadilla

Cheese lovers. I talk a lot about cheese, pizza, pasta etc. One thing I have yet to discuss with you is the Quesadilla - its a flying saucer shaped vehicle for melted cheese! Best Pizza Recipe

How do you like your pizza? Of course I always like my pizza extra cheesy - so any pizza with a load of cheese on it is good to me. Hanging around the pizzeria when they mix the dough, I have learned a few things from my good pal Luigi - he is a master dough maker, and some say a good pizza must start with great dough. So, for a special treat, why not MAKE your pizza this time around, instead of ordering in? Luigi won't mind, just this once...

Here is an awesome recipe for pizza dough that I found online, but beyond that the toppings are really the crowning glory of a pizza. Some of my favorite combos are Roasted Chicken and Pesto, Classic tomato sauce and mozzarella, Ham and Pineapple. The toppings are endless, and the whole gang loves to customize.

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Cheesers, when was the last time you made a grilled cheese sandwich? With so many mice on low carb diets these days, it had been a while since I concocted my famous Squeak Melt. It was high time for a revamp of the ol' standard recipe, and as I wandered the streets one night thinking about how to get myself out of this grilled cheese funk, I smelled the aroma of heaven.

I was on vacation, in Venice Beach and I was out for my nightly food thinking stroll. I came around a corner and heard the sizzle of buttered bread hitting a skillet.

Cheese Party

Hello Cheese-a-holics, are you ready for Thanksgiving? I am already thinking about the day after - the leftovers and what to do with that enormous cheese sculpture of Garfield that I made for the center piece - do you think he will mind nibbling on his OWN legs for a snack? I have chosen gruyere for my cheese of choice and have decided that the only respectable thing to do with the leftovers is melt them down for fondue - I have made this fondue recipe for my V.I.P. cheese-a-holic friends and mice, this is a family recipe - its kind of a big deal.
