About Squeak

Who am I? WHO AM I? Well, I am Squeak! I am a mouse who appreciates the finest of foods — scavenged from the kitchens of fat cats (no pun intended, Garfield) — and the garbage cans of four-star chefs. I have been around the block a few times and have seen some dishes that would blow your mind! From the lasagna at Luigi's to the homemade ravioli at Spagettini's, I've spent a lifetime searching out the most mouthwatering morsels, the most eye-popping plates, and the greatest tummy-teasing tastes to be able to present to you in my new blog — Squeak's World of Cheese!

Nothing gets me going like a good plate of Gouda. Honestly folks, cheese is my passion and my desire. Want to know why blue cheese is blue? I can tell you that. Oh, perhaps you have been wondering what provolone means — well I can tell you that!

People, I LOVE cheese, and I am at the ready to answer any questions, chat about cheddar or talk taleggio — I also have recipes until the cows come home. In fact, I got some recipes from some cows — which is pretty hard since we don't speak the same language. We called in a translator, it was complicated — but it is all for you, folks!
